The nature of the custom process requires hours of conceptualization and design. Most of the time these sets have a highly intense labor process due to its uniqueness and the total value of the project reflects the level of complexity of the project.

Absolutely. This is our favorite part of the personalization process of our collections. Browse our signature colors here. During the design process we will ask you to share a mood board or images for reference of your event style so we can create a cohesive color story with your stationery. We also encourage our clients to purchase a sample pack so you can see paper and ink samples of the colors you are hoping to use in the sets.
Send us a screen shot of the collection you like and the illustration you would like to replace. This way we will be able to tell if your vision still falls under our Wedding Collections category with the addition of custom illustrations.
Send us a screen shot of the collection you like and a reference image of the type of icon and monogram you would like to add. An additional fee will apply. The fee will vary depending on the complexity of the design requested.
Absolutely! We love variety and we love being able to offer you flexibility to accommodate to your style. Variations like custom shaped cuts, painted edges, different sizes etc are always a possibility for an additional fee.

Due to the nature of our process, we encourage our clients to order at least 20 sets. We can always accommodate lower quantities however there won’t be a price difference if your order 1 or 20 invitations.
Typically, the design and personalization of our wedding collections take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on how quickly the feedback is received. Production time takes anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on the quantity and complexity of production & assembly of your order.

Absolutely! We ship international orders with DHL express which typically take anywhere from 3-7 business days. The shipping cost for international custom orders is calculated once the order is packed, measured and weight. International shipping fee ranges from $50-$150+ depending on size and weight of the package.
We offer services such as Postage Sourcing, postage assembly, envelope stuffing and envelope sealing. If you decide to add these services, you will receive your invitation sets ready to be dropped off at the Post Office. We do not send invitations directly to your guests.
